Thimphu Punakha Wangdue Paro Tour

Day 1 : BAGDOGRA AIRPORT โ PHUENTSHOLING
You will be received by our executive on arrival at Bagdogra Airport and then transfer to Phuentsholing โ the Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India. It is a thriving commercial centre on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival, hotel check-in. Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.
Day 2 : PHUENTSHOLING โ THIMPHU
On the second day, after breakfast, we will complete the immigration formalities, and then transfer to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. On arrival, hotel check-in. In the evening, you can visit the Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion). Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 3 : THIMPHU SIGHTSEEING
On the 3rd day after having breakfast, we will visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), a place with a huge statue of Buddha; National Memorial Chorten (Monument) & Folk Heritage Museum. In the afternoon, visit Sangaygang View Point, Changangkha Monastery, Takin Preserve Centre (the national animal of Bhutan can be seen here). Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 4 : THIMPHU โ PUNAKHA/WANGDUE SIGHTSEEING
On the 4th day of the trip, after breakfast we will drive to Punakha / Wangdue. On the way, stop at Dochu-La-Pass (3150 mts.) to view the Himalayas. On arrival in Punakha (4298 ft.), hotel check-in. In the afternoon, visit Punakha Dzong โ built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. Take a short and easy hike to visit the Chimi Lhakhang also known as โThe Temple of Fertility.โ Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in Punakha / Wangdue.
Day 5 : PUNAKHA/WANGDUE โ PARO SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, drive to Paro. On the way stop at Lamperi to visit Royal Botanical Park. On arrival in Paro, hotel check-in. In the afternoon, visit Ta Dzong โ National Museum with an excellent collection of arts, relics, religious thangkha, etc. Also visit, Rinpung Dzong โ โfortress of the heap of jewels.โ The dzong now serves as the administrative and judicial seat of Paro. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in Paro.
Day 6 : PARO SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, hike to the famous Taktsang Monastery also called โTigerโs Nest Monasteryโ (2hrs hike from the base camp). Later visit Drukgyel Dzong. Overnight stay in Paro.
Day 7 : PARO โ PHUENTSHOLING
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Phuentsholing. On arrival in Phuentsholing, hotel check-in. Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.
Day 8 : PHUENTSHOLING โ BAGDOGRA AIRPORT
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station / IXB Airport (Bagdogra).
