Cancellation Policy – Khushi Travels Private Limited

• No refund will be provided against the initial booking amount under any circumstances.

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the trip start date, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the trip start date, 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation is made within 0 to 15 days before the trip start date, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such situations, the operator will make every effort to arrange an alternative feasible activity. However, no refund will be applicable for the canceled activity.
