- Content Ownership
All photos and videos created during trips organized by Khushi Travels Private Limited (by our team or by clients) shall remain the property of Khushi Travels. Such digital content may only be used by Khushi Travels for promotional and advertising purposes across various media platforms. No individual or third party may use this content without prior written permission from Khushi Travels Private Limited. - Payments
- Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the commencement of the journey.
- Pending or incomplete payments may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
- Identity Verification
- All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof.
- Boarding will not be allowed without verification of the ID.
- Non-Transferable Bookings
- Transfer of bookings to another person is not permitted.
- Only the individuals whose names are confirmed at the time of booking will be allowed to travel.
- Refunds & Inclusions
- No refunds will be provided for any inclusions in the package that are not availed by the traveler.
- Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
- Khushi Travels will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items during the trip.
- Departure Policy
- The departure time for all trips will be clearly communicated in advance and is fixed.
- Travelers must report to the pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure and keep the trip coordinator updated about their status.
- Any traveler missing the departure will not be eligible for a refund. Coordinators will attempt to contact the traveler twice before departure.
- Air Conditioning Policy
- Air conditioning will be switched off in hilly areas for safety reasons.
- During the trip, the driver has full discretion to turn off the AC if required for safe travel along difficult or uneven routes.
- Prohibited Activities
- Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the trip due to health and safety concerns.
- Our tours may involve activities such as trekking, hiking, and camping at high altitudes. Participants are advised to ensure they are physically fit to undertake these activities.
- Code of Conduct
- Acts of misconduct, misbehavior, or indiscipline will not be tolerated during the trip.
- Khushi Travels promotes a respectful travel environment to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for all participants.
- Liability & Limitations
- Khushi Travels Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or alterations to the itinerary caused by natural hazards, accidents, breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political events, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- The company does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, illnesses, or losses due to theft or other incidents. Travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance before the trip.
- Itinerary Alterations
- Factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of participants may necessitate changes to the itinerary.
- Khushi Travels reserves the right to make adjustments in the interest of safety, comfort, and the overall well-being of travelers.
